Vendor Fees
Artisans & Merchants - $50 per table
(Included: 1 table and 1 chair per fee)
Food Trucks - $200
All vendors must have a tax permit
The following must be completed by all market vendors:

Applications will be accepted only after invitations/call for vendors has been published.

If accepted, you will receive an email/phone call to notify you of your acceptance to participate.

Once accepted, you will need to submit a non-refundable market fee

Payment may be made online (through the online invoice) or with a check made out to: Acuna Music Education LLC (Mail to: PO Box 34 Edinburg, TX 78540)​

Vendor booth placement is final and at the discretion of the production team.

Sponsors or partners will have first priority.​

Acuna Music Education LLC and RGV-IMF decisions are final and they reserve the right to refuse any vendor application for any reason at its own discretion.

Arts & Craft (Merchant) Vendors
Our community event is looking for talented and innovative vendors of all kinds who offer personally crafted creations.
Some examples of vendors we are seeking are:

As a participating vendor in our community festival, you will be have a display area where your work will be available for attendees to view and purchase. If you are a vendor who is ready to display, distribute, and sell your work our Music Festival is the perfect opportunity for you.
Vendors will set their own pricing and keep 100% of the profits.


Food Truck Vendors
We are looking for committed Food Vendors who are interested in running their very own food truck at our Music Festival. As a participating Food Vendor, you will have the opportunity to set up your food truck and offer your own menu for attendees to enjoy. Our music festival is free and family-oriented, bringing in people of all ages.
A limited number of food trucks will be permitted into the festival. Parking will be on Oval Park road between Oval Park and the Convention Center main entrance.

All Food vendors must have at least 1 Certified Food Handler and a Temporary Food Establishment Permit regardless of the type of consumable being sold.
All Temporary Food Establishment Permits must be obtained at least two (2) weeks prior to the date of the event. No food vendor will be accepted unless they can show proof of both permit and certification. Documentation must be turned in to event production staff.
