Payment arrangements are available for school groups!

Deadlines and Fees

Regular Registration: May 1, 2025 - $65 per person
Late Registration: June 1, 2025- $75 per person

*One free director entry per group

GROUP REGISTRATION

COMPLETE ALL REGISTRATION FORMS

Download the registration packet. It includes all required forms.

 Ensure that you fully complete them. ​​

Some forms require multiple submissions.

SCAN AND EMAIL FORMS

Once you have completed all of your forms, you will scan and email them.

Ensure that you scan ALL THE FORMS AS ONE DOCUMENT and email them to:

MAKE YOUR PAYMENT

You can make your payment by check or credit card. If you need us to become a vendor, please email us the necessary forms and we will send them back to you. Please allow 1-2 weeks for completion of your vendor forms.
